Chisago County DFLers gather for the 'Taste of Chisago'

Thanks to all who participated, contributed to, and attended the annual Taste of Chisago. It was a great turn-out to this Oktoberfest-themed party. There was plenty of sausages and sauerkraut to go around!

All official Democratic candidates for Minnesota's Eighth Congressional District attended the event and were given an opportunity to speak.

Candidate for Minnesota State Senate Rick Olseen emceed the event, introducing all candidates in attendance.

Jeff Anderson, candidate for Minnesota's 8th Congressional District

Tarryl Clark, candidate for Minnesota's 8th Congressional District

Daniel Fanning, candidate for Minnesota's 8th Congressional District

Rick Nolan, candidate for Minnesota's 8th Congressional District

All candidates agreed that current Congressional Representative Chip Cravaack will be a one-term representative.

Also speaking was candidate for Minnesota State House, Mac Guptil.

Following the speeches and discussion with all candidates, the evening was capped off with the auction of donated items, with all sales raising funds for the Chisago County DFL.
